Mr. Coady is a Senior Partner and Practice Leader of the EBS Capstone's Management Liability Practice. Mr. Coady's success representing clients as an insurance broker is the result of his ability to maximize his relationships and utilize his problem solving skills established during his many years practicing as an attorney, most recently at Testa Hurwitz. While at Testa, Mr. Coady practiced as both a litigation and corporate attorney. His experience includes drafting and negotiating complex intellectual property technology license agreements; counseling companies on ongoing corporate governance, including compliance with corporate law, securities law and SEC regulations; drafting and negotiating term sheets and operative documents for multiple rounds of private equity financing and bridge financing; drafting and negotiating operative mergers and acquisitions documents; and researching, drafting and reviewing legal memoranda in the commercial litigation context.
Prior to joining Testa, Mr. Coady served as a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corps (J.A.G.) of the United States Navy. He is a frequent speaker on such topics and Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability and Products Liability.
Sean resides in North Attleboro with his wife Susan, daughters Shannon, Caitlyn, Molly, Kelly, and sons Sean and Daniel.
